Obituary: Alice Ione Beck

Alice Ione Beck, 99, of Carson City died July 27, 2010. She was born Dec. 15, 1910, in Vermillion, S.D., to William and Anna (O'Conner) Ballard. She is survived by her children Harold R. Beck of Mabank, Texas, Evelyn D. Fowler of Lonoke, Ark., Anna J. Jensen of Montclair, Calif., William R. Beck of LaPuente, Calif., Edith E. Good of Carson City, and Sharron L. Gamboa of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; 26 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren, and 46 great-great grandchildren, She was preceded in death by her husband William Walter Beck, daughter Wilma I. Raney, a grandson and twp great-great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be at noon Tuesday at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Rowland Heights, Calif. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
