RENO - The 12th annual Reno-Tahoe Open, the PGA Tour's only West Coast summer stop, is offering ticket packages for the tournament which runs from July 12-18 at Montreux Golf & Country Club.
The following is information on each of the ticket options available for the 2010 Reno-Tahoe Open:
• General admission, or "Good Any Day" tickets can be purchased for $17.50 in advance or $20 at the gate. Kids 15 and younger get free admission if accompanied by a paid adult.
In addition, discounted general admission tickets can be purchased through participating schools in Washoe, Lyon, Storey, Carson and Douglas counties that have partnered with the Reno-Tahoe Open's Chip In For Schools initiative, giving 100 percent of ticket proceeds sold directly back to the school.
Free admission into the tournament is available for all active duty military personnel with proper military identification. In addition, the tournament hosts other events during tournament week including a Patriots' Luncheon, honoring those who serve in the military, and an on-site military museum, which is open to the public.
There also are ticket bundle packages being offered.
• Includes 100 "Good Any Day" tickets, a company name listed in on-course signage, the tournament program and on the Reno-Tahoe Open website, for $1,200.
• Includes 50 "Good Any Day" tickets, a company name listed in on-course signage, the tournament program and on the Reno-Tahoe Open website, for $750
• Includes 25 "Good Any Day" tickets, a company name listed in on-course signage, the tournament program and on the Reno-Tahoe Open website, for $400
• The season pass is good Monday through Sunday the week of the tournament. The cost is $60 in advance and $65 at the gate.
• The clubhouse season pass also includes access each day of the tournament, as well as entrance to the exclusive Montrêux Clubhouse and its award-winning dining options. Pass, available in advance for $125 or $130 at the gate.

Callendar, Pirch win
at Dayton Valley
Greg Callendar shot a 2-over-par 74 to win the Palmer Club Tahoe flight low gross honors at Dayton Valley Golf Club on June 13.
Andrew Palmer, Cody Oden and Jim Collins tied for second with a 5-over-par 77. Thomas Maruca won low net with a 67, while Dave Goles was second with a 70.
Bill Pirch won the Sierra flight with a 4-under net score of 68. James Harrison was second with a 71, while Pete Howe and Jack Lee tied for third with an even-par 72.
Pemberton triumphs
at Carson Valley
Bob Pemberton carded a net 58 to win the Carson valley Men's Club President's Cup which as contested the last two Sundays in Gardnerville.
Marc Prause was second with a 59 and Jeff Schreiber was third with a 60. Joe Morrison (No. 1) and Daryle Lewis (No. 13) won closest-to-the-hole honors.
Abbett quartet wins
at Silver Oak
Tom Abbett, Roger Cartwright, Gary Thomas Helseth and Ron Tamori carded a net 109 to win the Silver Oak Senior Men's Club 4-man 2-net best ball on June 1.
Tona Smith, Lee Gilmore, Don Fox and Steve Alcalay tied for second with the foursome of Lew Dodgion, Luther Best, John Scoville and Rudy Hammond. Both groups shot a 116.
Dodgion (No. 2), Jim Silsby (No. 6), Dick Lund (No. 7), Abbett (No. 11) and Tom Keating (N0. 14) were closest to the pin.
Sorem, Schneider
team up for win
Gene Sorem and Ken Schneider carded a net 57 to win the Silver Oak Men's Club tourney on June 6.
Brad Hulsey and Gary Poley finished second with a 59, while Kevin and Larry Johnson, and Dennis Holt and William Shaw tied for third with 60s.
Wayne Graham was closest to the hole.
Ramirez group wins
E.V. tournament
The team of Annette Ramirez, Charlotte Webber, Charleen Belshaw and Gail Nelson combined their efforts to win the 4-Gal Ribbon tourney at Eagle Valley-West on June 2.
The quartet finished with a 228, a stroke better than Carol Casella, Gerri Murphy, Carrie Harn and Mary Harrison. Two other teams tied for third at 232.
Cattanach wins
net tournament
Butch Cattanach shot a 67 to win low net honors at Thunder Canyon's men's Club tournament on June 11.
Vern Hamilton was second with a 70, while Bill Stanley, Fran Menante and Bob Oglesby were tied for third with 71s.
Terry Gilmartin was closest to the hole on No. 2 (6-feet, 8-inches).
Tracy, Sullivan
win at T. Canyon
Karon Sullivan shot a net 74 to win the Washoe flight, while Ursula Tracy won the Sierra flight with a net 68 on June 10.
Cherl Lukens (77) was second in the Washoe group, while Kaye Kane and Nancy Maloy tied for second in the Sierra group with 75s.
9-Spoke leads
Comstock group
Nine Spoke leads the Comstock Division of the Carson City chapter of the American Poolplayers Association by 13 points over Twisted Stix with Attitudes and by 14 points over Dean's Machine.
Daniel McRae of Cornbread & Whiskey leads the 6-9 tier with 17 points, 10 ahead of Chris Wood of the Rattlers. Robert Wilson of Poke 'N' Hope leads the 4-5 tier with 22 points, three ahead of Christopher Skelley of Dean's Machine. Lawrence Gloistein of 9-Spoke leads the 1-3 tier with 12 points.
Support Rackless Habits leads the Mosconi Division with 13 points, one ahead of Big Dogs, Squeeze Play and Twisted Stix.
Casey Richards of Support Rackless Habits and Alex Gutierrez are tied for the top spot in the 6-7 tier with 10 points each. Kirsten Kehe of Twisted Stix and Dennis Sisson Jr. are tied for the lead in the 4-5 tier with 13 points apiece. Tami Beasley of Cues Yer Daddy leads the 2-3 tier with nine points.
