• Q's Steaks, Bar-B-Que & Salads Restaurant, 230 Fairview Dr., scored 90 points. There is evidence of rodents/insects in the establishment. Food from approved source is not labeled as required. In-use dispensing utensils are not stored properly. Food-contact surfaces of equipment or utensils are not clean. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment of utensils are not clean. Floors are not clean.
• Ming's Restaurant Bar/Lounge, 2330 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. There is no measurable residual sanitizer in the sanitizer basin of the 3-C sink.
• Straw Hat Pizza Restaurant, 2010 Hwy. 50 East, scored 98 points. Food prepared, or bulked down, cut veggies, single servings of meats, etc., are not labeled. Utensil used for scooping bulk product, without a handle.
• Glen Eagles Restaurant, 3700 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.
• Round Table Pizza Restaurant, 3325 Retail Dr. #110-115, scored 98 points. Found some salads, macaroni and potato, and some salad dressings at just above 45 F at the salad bar.
• Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant, 2523 N. Carson St., scored 99 points. Floor sink and drain hose under the drive-through dispenser need cleaning.
