The following health inspections are for the period of Feb. 19-March 5:

• San Marcos Grill Bar/Lounge, 260 E. Winnie Lane, scored 100 points.

• San Marcos Grill Restaurant, 260 E. Winnie Lane, scored 90 points. Evidence of employees drinking from uncovered containers on or near food prep surfaces while preparing food and cleaning dishes. Some foods prepared on site and stored in walk-in are not labeled with date prepared and with the name of the contents. Cloths used on food-contact surfaces are not clean, do not contain sanitizer residual or are not used properly. At least one employee of this establishment must be a certified food handler.

• Port of Subs Restaurant, 1621 Highway 50 East #B, scored 97 points. Cloths used on food-contact surfaces are not clean, do not contain sanitizer residual or are not used properly. Food contact surfaces of equipment or utensils are not clean. Ice scoop storage container on top of the ice machine is dirty.

Wall behind the dishwasher needs cleaning and the old caulk removed and replaced. Drainboard by the dishwasher is not attached to the wall.
