CARSON HIGH SCHOOL CULINARY CLASS

Once again, the Carson High School Culinary students whipped the competition, winning the Nevada State Pro Start Championship. Now they need funds to attend the national competition in Kansas City in April. A tasty fundraiser is coming up at the Carson City Nugget with Chef Nick DeMagistris hosting dinner. All the proceeds go directly to the culinary program for expenses to get to the national competition. Also, any organization can have Carson High Culinary prepare lunch for the group. I have always enjoyed it when Soroptimist International has had lunches prepared by the outstanding culinary students - and the desserts are extraordinary.
