MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Rudy Gay hit a fadeaway jumper over LeBron James at the buzzer, and the Memphis Grizzlies took advantage of Dwyane Wade's absence to beat the Miami Heat 97-95 on Saturday night and snap a five-game losing streak.
James tied it for the 12th time, dunking off Eddie House's steal against Gay with 5.5 seconds left. Gay came back with the winning 13-foot jumper in front of the Heat bench.
Wade sprained his left wrist Friday night. Udonis Haslem went down with 1:25 left in the third quarter and had to be carried off the floor to the locker room with a sprained left foot. X-rays were negative, and he will be re-evaluated Sunday.
James finished with 29 points and 11 assists, and House had a season-high 20 as the Heat lost for the first time in four games. Chris Bosh also had 20.
The Grizzlies won despite coach Lionel Hollins benching starters Zach Randolph and O.J. Mayo for a quarter as punishment for being a couple minutes late to the pregame shootaround. Randolph led Memphis with 21 points and 13 rebounds.
Mavericks 98, Hawks 93
ATLANTA (AP) - Dirk Nowitzki scored 21 points, Jason Terry added 15 and Dallas snapped a two-game skid.
Hawks guard Joe Johnson couldn't shake Tyson Chandler's tight defense and misfired on a 3-point attempt that would have tied it with 2.5 seconds remaining.
Nowitzki followed with a pair of free throws to seal the victory for Dallas, which has won four of five on the road.
Al Horford finished with 20 points and 20 rebounds for the Hawks, who had won two straight. Josh Smith had 21 points and six steals.
Thunder 82, Bucks 81
MILWAUKEE (AP) - Russell Westbrook scored 18 points, making two free throws with 7.3 seconds left to lift Oklahoma City to the win.

James Harden had 23 points and nine rebounds for Oklahoma City.
Brandon Jennings led the Bucks with 25 points.
Magic 90, Pacers 86
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Jameer Nelson converted a go-ahead three-point play with 33 second left, leading the Magic to the victory.
Dwight Howard scored 19 of his 25 points in the second half, helping Orlando recover from a 52-49 halftime deficit. Rashard Lewis made five 3-pointers and finished with 21 points.
The Magic trailed 86-85 when Nelson was fouled by T.J. Ford on a 10-foot jumper and converted the resulting free throw.
Howard also had 12 rebounds and blocked three shots for Orlando, which limited Indiana to 34 points in the second half. Nelson finished with 11 points.
The Pacers had five players score in double figures but shot just 39 percent from the field. Roy Hibbert had 19 points and 10 rebounds, reserve Brandon Rush had 14 points and Danny Granger had 13.
Spurs 116, Cavaliers 92
SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Tony Parker scored 19 points and San Antonio picked up its 10th consecutive win.
Off to their best start in franchise history, the Spurs improved their NBA-best record to 11-1 while extending their longest winning streak in nearly three years.
Mo Williams scored 21 points and Daniel Gibson had 17 for the Cavaliers, who played a night after losing on the road to New Orleans - the only team to beat San Antonio so far.
Rookie Tiago Splitter, in the 7-footer's biggest game since the Spurs made him their marquee addition this summer, scored 18 points on 7-of-10 shooting.
Bobcats 123, Suns 105
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Stephen Jackson had 24 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for the first triple-double in Bobcats franchise history.
It was the second career triple-double for Jackson, whose first also came against the Suns when he was with Golden State in the 2008-09 season. He hit 10 of 13 shots and led an efficient night for the Bobcats, who also got 26 points from Boris Diaw while shooting 58 percent from the field.
Playing its second straight game without Steve Nash (strained groin), Phoenix wilted in the second half and hit only five of 21 3-pointers in its third straight loss. Grant Hill scored 23 points, Hedo Turkoglu added 18 and Nash's fill-in, Goran Dragic, had 17 points, 10 assists and no turnovers.
Nuggets 107, Nets 103

Brook Lopez scored 20 points to lead seven New Jersey players in double figures. Rookie Derrick Favors had 14 points and eight rebounds for the Nets, who lost the last three games of its four-game western trip.
Ty Lawson had 15 points for the Nuggets.
A three-point play by Anthony with 5:55 left and two free throws by Nene pushed the lead to 99-93. The Nets missed four straight shots before Chauncey Billups found Nene underneath for an easy layup.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - C.J. Miles scored 25 points, hitting five 3-pointers during an electric fourth-quarter comeback, and Utah beat Portland.

LaMarcus Aldridge had 24 points and 11 rebounds for the Blazers, who have dropped five in a row to Utah. Wesley Matthews had 16 points in place of injured All-Star Brandon Roy. Andre Miller had 15 points and nine assists.
Knicks 124, Clippers 115
LOS ANGELES (AP) - Amare Stoudemire had 39 points and 11 rebounds, Danilo Gallinari scored 17 of his career high-tying 31 points in the fourth quarter, and New York completed a three-game California sweep with a victory over the league-worst Clippers.
The Knicks, who ended a six-game losing streak with consecutive road wins over the Kings and Warriors, have won three games in California on the same trip for the first time. The Golden State has had at least three NBA teams since the 1978-79 season, when the Buffalo Braves moved to San Diego and were renamed the Clippers.
Rookie Blake Griffin had career highs of 44 points and seven assists while pulling down 15 rebounds for the 1-13 Clippers, off to their worst start since opening the lockout-delayed 1999 season 0-17. Eric Gordon added 25 points.
