Norma J. Hale, 79, died July 20, 2010, in Carson City. She was born March 23, 1931, in Egeland, N.D., to Otto and Elfrieda Rotter. She is survived by daughter Leslie Zuch; sons Paul Edwards and Robert Edwards; sisters Arliss Byer and Betty Trute; and eight grandchildren. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
