Q: What is your favorite sport, and how did you get started playing it?

A: Volleyball. My mom encouraged me to try out for the team in eighth grade.

Q: Do you have any superstitions that you go through before a game?

A: No. I stay pretty relaxed and try to be as positive as I can with my teammates.

Q: Do you have a favorite teammate and why?

A: I don't have a favorite teammate. I love all the girls.

Q: What is your biggest sports moment?

A: I got called up to varsity to play a big tournament in Las Vegas. I was only a sophomore. I was scared, but excited to play with the girls.

Q: Do you have a role model, and why is he/she your role model?

A: My mom, because she is such a loving and strong person and she supports me in everything I do.

Q: Do you have any hobbies, and what are they?

A: My life is volleyball, and I like snowboarding.

Q: What is your favorite food/dinner?

A: My favorite is Italian food. Who can live without pasta?

Q: Who is your favorite musician or group?

A: Sanctus Real and Tenth Avenue North are my favorite groups.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

A: Married with kids.

Q: What is the last non-academic book you've read recently?

A: "The Last Song" by Nicholas Sparks.
