A Pumpkin in Court - Part I: Jacob Metzler brought suit in Justice Court to recover the value of a pumpkin which he had been defrauded of by Henry Sweeney. On the 10th of June, he planted some pumpkin seeds on his property, watered and cared for them until they came up in the form of vines, one of which found a crack in the fence.
