Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Gregory Michael Allen, 34, of Carson City was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Friday on the corner of Airport Road and Nye Lane on suspicion of felony third-offense driving under the influence of alcohol, and misdemeanor driving with a revoked license because of a previous DUI. The report states he had an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, a misdemeanor. Bail was set at $11,319.

A passenger in the car, Kenneth Destry Alledredge, 42, of Carson City, also was arrested Friday on suspicion of committing battery on a police officer, a gross misdemeanor, and misdemeanors for obstruction, resisting with violence and open container. Bail was set at $4,226.

• Daniel B. Magner, 24, was arrested at 11 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of College Parkway on suspicion of probation violations. No bail was set.

• John M. Schaff, 19, was arrested at

9 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of College Parkway on suspicion of burglary and a violation of court ordered supervision. He had allegedly admitted to taking part in a car burglary in May, which netted him $30 and three candy bars. Bail was set at $25,500.

• A Carson City woman was arrested at 9:42 a.m. Saturday at Mills Park after she allegedly hit a car while driving and then left the scene of the accident. When deputies located the woman, she would not cooperate and would yell then pretend to cry when asked about the accident. Deputies later learned she had a BAC of .314. She was arrested on suspicion of drunken pedestrian and obstructing an officer, both misdemeanors. Bail was set at $474.

• A Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at 6:07 p.m. Sunday in the PetSmart parking lot in south Carson City. A reserve deputy saw the 37-year-old woman stumble across the parking lot and enter her car after picking up her dog. The reserve deputy took the keys out of the ignition and noticed she was drinking something clear from a glass, which a deputy later confirmed to be wine. Besides the DUI, she was arrested for having an open container and obstructing an officer, both misdemeanors. Bail was set at $1,726.
