Carson City Health Department's food-service inspections for Aug. 5. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

• Playa Azul Restaurant, 415 E. William St., scored 96 points. Cloths used on food-contact surfaces were found stored in buckets without detectable sanitizer residual. This was corrected on the spot. Walls and ceilings had some holes and accumulated dust which could fall and contaminate food. The dining window is broken and must be replaced or repaired.
