Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Michael Tiehm, 22, of Carson City, was arrested at 3:46 p.m. Monday in the 4000 block of Louise Drive on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor battery, and two counts of violation of a bail condition. Bail was set at $20,000.

• A 37-year-old homemaker from Carson City was arrested at 11:17 a.m. Monday at Walmart on suspicion of petty larceny. Bail was set at $347.

• A 30-year-old building maintenance worker from Carson City was arrested Monday on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of bail condition and failure to appear. No bail was set.

• A 31-year-old state worker from Carson City was arrested at 5:35 p.m. Monday in the 3500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• 7:22 a.m. - Vehicle burglary report in the 700 block of Fleischmann Way.

• 8:25 a.m. - Accident at Hot Springs Road and Carson Street.

• 8:32 a.m. - Report of a child in need of supervision in the 1100 block of Saliman Road.

• 10:58 a.m. - Petty larceny report at Walmart.

• 12:10 p.m. - Coroner call in the 5600 block of South Carson Street.

• 2:21 p.m. - Coroner call in the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard.

• 2:48 p.m. - Report of a man trying to steal and hit an employee at Safeway. The man then ran away.

• 4:43 p.m. - Vehicle burglary report in the 1400 block of Nevada Street.

• 8:19 p.m. - Uncooperative female detained at Safeway for shoplifting.

• 9:49 p.m. - Tenant in the 200 block of West Musser Street reports a stranger is passed out on his porch. Misdemeanor arrest made.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• 7:28 a.m. - Man on Stope Drive in Dayton reported someone stole medication from his home.

• 8:54 a.m. - Report of manhole covers stolen from Fort Churchill Road in Dayton.

• 12:10 p.m. - Father reported his son never arrived home from Silver Springs Elementary School.

• 7:08 p.m. -Misdemeanor arrest on Westward Lane in Fernley.
