The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Richard A. Lapp, 46, was arrested at 7:54 p.m. Saturday on the 3800 block of south Carson Street on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender, a felony, and misdemeanor domestic battery. Lapp was a registered sex offender in Tennessee before moving to Nevada. Bail was set at $10,632.

• Lee Ross, 32, was arrested at 3:43 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Lee Street on suspicion of harboring a fugitive, a felony. He allegedly let two men from the Northern Nevada Correctional Center - who he allegedly knew from a past prison sentence - use his phone and stay in his home after they arrived on his doorstep wearing prison-issued clothing early Saturday morning. The fugitives also were placed into custody. Bail for Ross was set at $25,000.

• Robin D. Jackson, 29, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. Sunday on the corner of Carson and William streets on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent. She also was arrested on suspicion of possession of burglary tools, a gross misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Bail was set at $21,132.

• Bradford W. Stone, 30, was arrested at 2:31 a.m. Sunday after he was transported to the Carson City Jail by the Lyon County Sheriff's Office. A warrant was issued for his arrest on suspicion of possession of stolen property, a felony. No bail was set.

• A 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Sunday on the corner of Goni and Old Hot Springs roads on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with a revoked drivers license, reckless driving, speeding at 71 mph in a 35 mph zone and arrest of probationer, all misdemeanors. The construction worker had been convicted of a felony DUI in 2004 and had been drinking at a nearby bar. His preliminary BAC on Sunday was .163. Bail was set at $7,416.

• A 43-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 9:37 p.m. Friday on the 3300 block of Selby Street on suspicion of first-time driving under the influence and destruction of property, both misdemeanors. The woman, a state employee, allegedly crashed her car into a fence. When a deputy arrived, the woman allegedly admitted to drinking six beers that night. Her preliminary breath test indicated a BAC of .097, with subsequent tests indicating .082 and .080. Bail was set at $1,764.
