By virtue of their placing at the 4A regional meet two weeks ago, Carson High's Kyle Sharp, Patrick Craugh and Nico Garcia were first-team wrestling selections.
Garcia, a junior, placed second at both regional and state. Sharp and Craugh placed second at regionals.
Three other Carson wrestlers - Cole McCarthy, Jordan Luhrs and Nick Lani - finished high enough to earn second-team honors.
McCarthy, a sophomore, finished third at regionals and fourth at state.
Douglas' Dillon Spates, who won regional and state titles at 130 pounds, is a first-team selection.
McQueen's Jeromy Mumm was named 4A Coach of the Year, while McQueen's Joseph DeLeon (lower weights), Reno's Joey Lavallee (middle weights) and Reed's Spencer Empey (upper weights) were named 4A Wrestlers of the Year.
