The great Manny Pacquiao (52-3-2) will return to the ring on May 7 in Las Vegas, to take on Shane Mosely.

It is not the fight boxing fans have been patiently waiting for, but if you liked the Pacquiao- Margarito bout then your sure to enjoy Pacquiao- Mosely.

Shane Mosely, now 39 year old with a record of 46-6-1 39 KOs, lost to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a one sided fight.

Mosely, who hurt Mayweather will present a great challenge to Pacquiao. But in the end, Mosely will end up going to the Pacquiao retirement villa where Manny has sent so many great boxers. Hey, at least he sent them all there with a pocket full of money.

Not much new coming out of the Floyd Mayweather Jr., camp. Many people in the sport are saying the Mayweather camp is waiting for PacMan to wear himself out. But Money Mayweather shouldn't hold his breath, because Pacquiao is like a bottle of fine wine, he's getting better with age.

Mayweather has been compared to many all time greats, one being the best pound-for -pound boxer who ever lived, Sugar Ray Robinson. Sugar Ray only lost once in his first 134 bouts, that was on Feb. 5 1943, to the Bronx Bull Jake Motta. Get this, Sugar Ray went into the ring at 144 pounds while Jake weighed in at 160.5 pounds. However, when the two fighters met again, just 21 days later - on Feb. 26,1943 - Sugar Ray won.

We can thank Manny Pacquiao for being a great champion, willing to take risks and fight the best and provide boxing fans real excitement. Not like some boxers who are content to sit home and count their money, and polish their Rolls Royce's all paid for by boxing fans, while waiting for their opponent to wear out.
