Q: What is your favorite sport, and how did you get started playing it?
A: My favorite sport is basketball. I started in the fourth grade and was very intimidated by the other girls. My parents pushed me to stick with it, and I'm thankful for that. I finally grew confident with it, and only wanted to get better.
Q: What was your most thrilling moment in sports?
A: My freshman year when I made it to state for the high jump. There were 15 other girls competing, and most of them were older than me. I jumped 4-11, the highest I ever jumped and got third place. I couldn't believe I did so well my first year at state.
Q: Do you have a role model, and why is he/she your role model?
A: My role models are my parents. They are always there for me and give me advice. They come to all of the games for support and to cheer for my sister and I. I love them very much.
