Court Wrap: Sentencings, trials set in district court

The following people appeared in Carson City District Court on Monday:

• Laurie Ann Hancock: 43, pleaded guilty to eluding an officer. Hancock, wanted for failing to appear for sentencing on drug charges, led police on a chase through Lone Mountain Cemetery in May before wrecking her car on Northridge Drive. She faces one to six years on the eluding charge and one to four years on each of two drug possession charges when sentenced in July.

• Richard Albany Lapp, 47, pleaded guilty to failing to register as a sex offender. He'll be sentenced on Aug. 8.

• Charles Donald Muscott, 31, pleaded not guilty to use of credit card without cardholders consent. A trial is set for July 12

• Dale Trembath, 49, pleaded guilty to failing to register as a sex offender. He'll be sentenced Aug. 8.
