FISH seeks food donations

Friends in Service Helping is seeking monetary and food donations to help meet an increased need in Carson City.

The FISH food bank is running low on supplies.

Director Jim Peckham said food donations of macaroni and cheese, pasta, rice, pinto and kidney beans, pork and beans and chili are needed.

Donations are being accepted at the FISH food bank, 138 E. Long St., between 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Monetary donations can be sent to the same location with checks payable to FISH. For more information, call 882-3474.
