MOTHER'S DAY TRAIN

Happy Mother's Day to all those amazing moms out there. This event is not only a celebration for your mother, but also a beautiful ride. It begins at the Eastgate Depot in Carson City and arrives in Virginia City where you can enjoy the historic town for several hours. Stroll to lunch at Cafe Del Rio - I highly recommend the vegetarian enchiladas with a margarita. And don't leave without a caramel-covered apple on a stick. Purchase tickets online but hurry, Mother's Day is Sunday.
