SPORT: Football
Q: What is your favorite sport and why?
A: Football because of the speed, intensity and the amount of work that goes into it to be successful.
Q: Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?
A; Ray Lewis because of the amount of heart he plays with and he's a great leader.
Q: How do you feel about drug/alcohol testing? Should it be random or should everybody be tested at least once?
A: It has had a positive impact on our school and forces kids to do the right things. I think it should be random so athletes never know when they are going to get tested. That gives them no choice but to stay clean.
Q: If you saw a teammate using drugs or alcohol , what would you do? Would you talk to him about it or go to the coach?
A: First I would talk to my teammate about it. If they didn't stop, I would have no choice but to tell our coach.
Q: What sport(s) have you always wanted to try, never have and why not?
A: Lacrosse. There is no lacrosse league in Carson.
Q: Do you have any hobbies?
A: I usually just spend time with my friends, and we always find something to do.
Q: Do you have a favorite TV show?
A: Tosh. 0
Q: What is your favorite food?
A: Pasta
Q: Who is your favorite musician or group?
A: Lupe Fiasco
Q: What have been your most thrilling moments in sports?
A: The first time I carried the ball on the varsity when we played Del Campo last year. The second is when Austin Pacheco kicked the game-winning field goal in overtime against Douglas last year.
Q: After graduation, where do you plan to attend college, and what are you looking at in terms of a major?
A: I plan on attending UNLV or Cal-State Long Beach and majoring in athletic training or kinesiology.
