Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 35-year-old bartender from Carson City was arrested at 1:02 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of David Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• Gerald Eugene Lee Fipps, 35, a construction worker from Dayton, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony possession of stolen vehicle and a misdemeanor Reno warrant. Bail was set at $10,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• 1:02 a.m. - Fight report in the 300 block of East William Street.

• 1:20 a.m. - Caller reported a metal object was thrown through her window in the 400 block of West Winnie Lane.

• 2:34 a.m. - Coroner call in the 200 block of Koontz Lane.

• 6:34 a.m. - Report of a man in camouflage clothing carrying a rifle as he walked east on Long Street.

• 11:30 a.m. - Coroner call in the 300 block of Burton Street.

• 12:08 p.m. - Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center.

• 2:21 p.m. -Residential burglary report on West Sunset Way.

• 4:14 p.m. - Coroner call in the 3000 block of Ormsby Boulevard.

• 6:55 p.m. -Accident at College Parkway and North Carson Street.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• 2:17 a.m. - Report of a vehicle hitting a building on Dayton Village Parkway. Felony arrest was made.

• 10:04 a.m. - A man on Miwok Drive in Silver Springs reported his girlfriend destroyed his taillight with a stick.

• 9:31 a.m. - A Dayton Intermediate School official reported confiscating a knife from a student. The student was arrested.

• 9:20 a.m. - Caller reported a man from a business across the street came into his Stokes Drive office, made threats and threw stuff around.

• 12:45 p.m. - Coroner call in the 200 block of South Whitacre Street.
