Passed away at age 90 September 5, 2011. He was born in Carson City on January 26, 1921. Douglas has been a resident of Carson City since 1974. He was an extraordinary man, kind, gentle, considerate and non judgmental. He loved hiking in the Sierras with his dog Max, gardening, fishing and watching classic movies. He will truly be missed by his daughters, Patricia Cutler and Michele Tercero, Son in laws Malcom and George, grandchildren Stacey, Jeffery and Jessica, great grand children Malcom and Lucienne and all who knew him.
Services will be held Saturday September 17th at 11:30am. at FitzHenry's Funeral Home 3945 Fairview Drive in Carson City.
