Carson High continued to play longball against opposing teams, socking three homers in a 5-1 win over visiting Reno Thursday afternoon.
That gives Carson eight in it last two games.
Christa McGahuey drove in four of the runs with two homers and a single.
McGahuey also struck out nine and allowed five hits to pick up the win in the circle.
Carson took a 1-0 lead in the first when Emily Collins singled, moved up a base on a single by Jennifer Purcell and scored on a McGahuey single.
Reno tied the game in the top of the third, but McGahuey broke the deadlock with a two-run homer in the bottom of the inning.
Carson tacked on two more in the fifth on solo homers by Purcell and McGahuey,
McGahuey went 3-for-3, while Purcell went 3-for-4. Collins and Ellise McGowan each added two hits.
