Lunch menus for the week of Aug. 6 subject to change without notice. Choice of beverage included.

CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Cheese Ravioli, green beans, garlic breadstick, and raspberry Jell-O with pears.

TUESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, coleslaw, marinated tomatoes, fruit in the clouds, and garlic bread.

WEDNESDAY: Cranberry pork loin, stuffing, peas, and peaches.

THURSDAY: Liver and onions or Salisbury steak with gravy, rice pilaf, broccoli, fresh melon, and cookies.

FRIDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, spinach, waldorf salad, and cornbread with honey and butter.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Honey mustard chicken, carrots and peas, apricots, scalloped potatoes, whole wheat roll with margarine, and cookies.

TUESDAY: Sloppy Joe, peas and carrots, celery sticks, and apple crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, veggie salad, whole wheat roll with margarine, and raspberry and cranberry salad.

THURSDAY: Beef vegetable soup, tuna macaroni salad on lettuce leaf, low sodium Wheat Thins, and orange rice pudding.

FRIDAY: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, hash browns, apples, V8 Juice, and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Vegetable egg roll with sweet and sour sauce, fried rice, stir fry vegetables, waldorf salad, fortune cookies, and vanilla pudding.

TUESDAY: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese and fresh fruit, chicken tenders, and whole wheat crackers.

WEDNESDAY: Roast beef, green beans, mashed potato and gravy, fruit salad, dinner roll, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Italian beef bake, spinach salad, peas and carrots, apple and cranberry juice, and frozen vanilla yogurt with strawberries.

FRIDAY: Crab stuffed tomato, lettuce, hard boiled eggs, carrot sticks with ranch, cantaloupe, and lemon bars.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, bananas, whole wheat roll, and cookies.

TUESDAY: Liver and onions, Mexi-corn, whole wheat bread, tomatoes with vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, peaches, and apple butter.

WEDNESDAY: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, bread, bananas, and apple crisp.

THURSDAY: Chicken noodle casserole, mixed veggies, whole wheat roll with margarine, and peach cobbler.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Eggs, hash browns, whole wheat bagel with cream cheese and strawberry jelly, and pineapple chunks.
