Harvey Olson, 61, of Fallon, died Friday evening in Reno from injuries sustained in an attack by two men at the Overland Hotel on Jan. 22, according to his sister Patty Olson.

Harvey Olson and friend Rick Johnson, 51, were dining at the hotel when, according to Johnson's wife, Linda, all three were attacked by Levi and Kevin Travis.

Linda Johnson said she and her husband also suffered numerous injuries.

Kevin Travis, 52, is from Stanley, Idaho, while, according to court documents, Levi Travis, 20, has a Fallon address. The two left Fallon after posting bond and are presumed to have returned to Stanley.

The Travises were arrested by Fallon police on Jan. 23 and posted more than $100,000 combined bond that morning.

The men have retained attorney Dave Huston of Reno. The Travises are scheduled for an arraignment in Justice Court on Feb. 13.

The Churchill County District Attorney's Office, however, has yet to file charges because the two men posted bond, giving prosecutors more time to gather evidence and file charges before the Travises' first court appearance, according to Deputy DA Robert Erquiaga.
