All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:FRIDAY• 10:53 p.m.: Matthew Golden, 24, of Carson City was arrested in the 400 block of Winnie Lane on a fugitive from justice warrant from Kentucky. No bail.• 11:49 p.m.: A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 300 block of North Carson Street on a charge of a violation of alternative sentencing conditions. Bail: $3,000.SATURDAY• 8:55 a.m.: Timothy Coffman, 34, of Dayton, was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bail: $5,000.• 3:24 p.m.: James Parks, of Carson City, was arrested in the 3200 block of Market Street on charges of fraud and no valid driver’s license. Bail: $5,187.• 5:19 p.m.: Michelle Hill, 47, of Gardnerville, was arrested in the 2100 block of East William Street on charges of strong-arm robbery and domestic battery. Bail: $23,132.• 5:43 p.m.: A 26-year-old Clements, Calif., man was arrested in the 4000 block of North Carson Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bail: $1,864.• 8:01 p.m.: Kelly Coker, 30, of Clements, Calif., was arrested in the 4000 block of North Carson Street on charges of possession of stolen property, burglary, fraud, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail: $25,000.• 9:31 p.m.: Jeffery Stewart, 27, of Carson City was arrested at Harbin and Telegraph streets on charges of DUI, suspended registration, no proof of insurance and driver’s license not in possession. Bail: $2,013.SUNDAY• 2:34 a.m.: Nancy Roston-Carin, 34, of Carson City was arrested in the 300 block of William Street on charges of DUI and failure to maintain a single lane. Bail: $1,219• 3:20 a.m.: Chad Colby, 44, of Clovis, Calif., was arrested at Seventh and Carson streets on charges of DUI and speeding. Bail: $1,264• 4:26 a.m.: A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Plaza and Robinson streets on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Reno failure-to-appear traffic warrant.MONDAY• 1:19 a.m.: Jonathan Glab, 27, of Carson City was arrested at Granite and Castle streets on charges of DUI second offense, failure to maintain a travel lane, no proof of insurance and open container of alcohol in vehicle. Bail: $3,643• 3:06 a.m.: Anthony John Chappa II and Laura Ann Diaz were arrested at Dori Way and Esther Circle. Chappa was charged with level three trafficking of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic device, a probation violation, no valid driver’s license, turn signal required, obstruction of a peace officer and on a Carson contempt-of-court warrant with no bail. Diaz was arrested on charges of level three trafficking of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic device. Bail: $254,364.• 10:38 a.m.: A 56-year-old Washoe Valley woman was arrested at 10 Hospitality Way on charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct, assault and destruction of property.
