Carson CityThe following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:THURSDAY• 12:01 a.m.: A 23-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the Carson City Jail after being transported from the Washoe County Jail on a Carson City contempt-of-court warrant and two Douglas County warrants, one for theft and another for contempt-of-court. Bail: $2,500.• 1 a.m.: A 48-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 1600 Medical Parkway on a Carson City criminal contempt warrant. Bail: $3,000.• 11:11 a.m.: A 46-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the 1500 block of Robinson Street on charges of disobeying a traffic control device, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a traffic warrant. Bail: $1,855• 4:13 p.m.: A 34-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 507 N. Carson St. on a Reno failure-to-appear traffic warrant. Bail: $340.• 4:25 p.m.: Randall Settles, 49, of Carson City was arrested at 4215 S. Carson Street on a charge of embezzlement. Bail: $10,000.• 5:56 p.m.: A 20-year-old Wellington woman was arrested at 3781 S. Carson St. on a charge of embezzlement. Bail: $1,132.• 8:51 p.m.: A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Stewart and David streets on charges of unsafe lane change, no driver’s license and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and on a Carson City failure-to-appear traffic warrant.
