Swing dance party and lesson is set

High Sierra Swing Dance Club will present its monthly dance party 8-10:30 p.m. Aug. 24 in the ballroom at the Brewery Art’s Center, 449 W. King St. Tim Renner will teach an intermediate West Coast Swing lesson at 7 p.m.

Partners are not required. The lesson costs $7 for swing dance club members and $10 for nonmembers. The dance costs $7 for swing dance club members and $10 for nonmembers. Join the club that night, and the dance is free.
