Dan and Claudia Dossey of Carson City are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Kendall Carolyn to Steven Valdez, son of Richard and Sherry Valdez, also of Carson City.Dossey and Valdez are 2009 graduates of Carson High School and both currently attend University of Nevada, Las Vegas. They are planning a beach wedding on July 27 in Tahoe City.
