Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

THURSDAY

• 12:27 p.m.: A 35-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 3300 block of Imperial Way on suspicion of possession of a hypodermic device. Bail: $1,132.

FRIDAY

• 10 a.m.: Eduardo Segura, 27, of Carson City was arrested at Hot Springs Road and Roop Street on suspicion of trafficking a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance, no driver's license and no front license plate. Segura was arrested, sentenced and deported following a January 2009 gang-related shooting, according to the arrest report and police records. Bail: $47,754.

• 11:40 a.m.: A 49-year-old Carson City man turned himself in at the Carson City Sheriff's Office on a Carson failure-to-appear warrant. Bail: $1,000.

• 1:35 p.m.: A 35-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Nye Lane and Otha Street on a Carson contempt-of-court warrant. Bail: $186.

• 2:17 p.m.: A 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the Carson City Jail after turning himself in on a contempt-of-court warrant. Bail: $1,000.

• 3:00 p.m.: A 39-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at Gordon Street and North Edmonds Drive on four contempt-of-court warrants. Bail: $1,789.

• 3:35 p.m.: A 24-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 800 block of East Long Street on suspicion of driving on a license revoked for DUI and violation of a suspended sentence. Bail: $2,137.

• 3:35 p.m.: A 24-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 1800 block of East Long Street on a Carson failure-to-appear traffic warrant. Bail: $172.

• 5:49 p.m.: Michael Reed, 40, of Carson City was arrested in the 200 block of Adams Street on suspicion of battery domestic violence. Bail: $3,132.

• 8:05 p.m.: Douglas Case, 40, was arrested in the 2700 block of Sherman Lane on suspicion of possession of burglary tools, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic device and possession of fireworks.

• 8:30 p.m.: A 19-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 2600 block of Mayflower Way on a Reno failure-to-appear traffic warrant. Bail: $425.

• 11:17 p.m.: A 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 500 block of Country Village Drive on two Carson contempt-of-court warrants. Bail: $1,534.

• 11:49 p.m.: Ralph Machado, 53, of Carson City was arrested in the 1600 block of Molly Drive on suspicion of DUI second offense and speeding. Bail: $2,749.

SATURDAY

• 12:37 a.m.: A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 300 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Bail: $242.

• 4:08 a.m.: Karen Horn, 48, of Carson City was arrested on College Parkway on suspicion of malicious destruction of private property. Horn allegedly broke a series of car windows at an apartment complex on College Parkway. Bail: $2,637.

• 10:37 a.m.: Alisha Kingsley, 20, of Carson City was arrested at 10th and South Carson streets on suspicion of DUI, no driver's license in possession and careless driving. Bail: $1,456

• 10:56 a.m.: Richard Janzen, 56, of Carson City was arrested at Granite and Castle ways on suspicion of DUI and a violation-of-a-suspended-sentence warrant. Bail: $2,132.

• 2:31 p.m.: Mathew Bowling, 47, of Carson City was arrested in the 3200 block of Imperial Way on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and drunken pedestrian. Bail: $3,704.

• 9:35 p.m.: Rosemary Helsing, 29, of Carson City was arrested at Menlo Drive and Airport Road on suspicion of DUI second offense, child neglect or endangerment, turn signal required and speeding. Bail: $5,346.

SUNDAY

• 1:33 a.m.: Heather Moeller, 21, of Carson City, a 22-year-old Moundhouse man and a 19-year-old Carson City man were arrested at Airport Road and Carmine Street. Moeller was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with an expired registration with bail set at $21,941. The 19-year-old was arrested on a Carson contempt-of-court warrant with bail set at $5,000 and the 22-year-old was arrested on a Carson contempt-of-court warrant and on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia with bail set at $2,137.

• 3:10 a.m.: Lonnie Doyle, 31, of Carson City and a 28-year-old Carson City woman were arrested in the 3200 block of Imperial Way. Doyle was arrested on suspicion of threats and battery domestic violence with bail set at $3,774. The 28-year-old was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest with bail set at $979.

• 11:51 a.m.: A 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Northgate and Nye lanes on suspicion of obstructing and expired registration and on three Carson warrants. Bail: $1,267.

• 7 p.m.: A 27-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at the Carson City jail after turning herself in on a violation-of-a-suspended-sentence warrant. Bail: $3,000.

MONDAY

• 1:34 a.m.: MD Islam, 28, of Carson City was arrested in the 3900 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of domestic battery. Bail: $3,000.
