The number of employers expected to participate in a Carson City job fair Friday has reached 35, prompting organizers to contemplate capping the number of them involved.Lynn Ellis, work force case manager with Carson City Health and Human Services, said organizers will decide today whether to cap the number at 35.The job fair runs from 2-4 p.m. in the dining area at the Carson City Senior Center, 911 Beverly Drive. It is sponsored by the city’s Health and Human Services Department, Nevada JobConnect and JOIN Inc., an acronym for Job Opportunities in Nevada.Event organizers urge job seekers to bring copies of their background information and “dress to impress.”“I think,” Ellis said, “that this will be so good for our community, our jobless (residents) and our businesses.”
