Banner Churchill Community Hospital announces that Amiee Fulk has been named the hospital’s new service excellence program coordinator.
Fulk is no stranger to Banner Churchill, having worked at the hospital for the past 15 years in public relations, human resources, patient relations and volunteer services.
“Amiee brings a wealth of experience to her new position,” said Mary Scannell, senior director for Banner Health’s Service Excellence Team. “Over the years, she has developed exceptional relationships with the staff at Banner Churchill and made many meaningful connections within the community of Fallon.”
Fulk first joined Banner Churchill in 1998 and started as the hospital’s human resource analyst. In 2008, she joined the public relations, patient relations and volunteer services teams. She did a variety of jobs such as developing internal and external communication plans, handling patient needs and expectations, and supporting day-to-day operations of the hospital’s volunteer program.
Fulk’s new job as service excellence program coordinator will allow her to focus on employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
“I’m excited to be working with such a great group of people,” Fulk said. “My job is to make sure that we always provide every patient with compassionate service, a great experience and exceptional patient care.”
