The monthly meetings have presentations on fly tying, fishing gear and techniques specific to local waters, various fishing experiences, and the activities of other organizations such as the Nevada Division of Wildlife, or the Nature Conservancy, which impact the waters that people fish.
The club also hosts annual classroom instruction series in the spring for novice and intermediate fly-tiers, and introductory fly-fishing.
Also discussed are upcoming club projects.
If you would like to meet other fly-fishers, learn more about various techniques, improve your fishing skills, or help promote the health of our local fisheries in a very supportive environment, you will be welcome in the Carson Fly Fishing Club.
