A sixth Nevada inmate has died in the past two months, prison officials say.
Ward Bolinger, 64, was found dead in his cell at High Desert State Prison in Southern Nevada.
He was serving time for the attempted sexual assault of a victim under 14 and attempted lewdness with a minor.
Bolinger was serving two sentences of seven to 20 years. Officials say no foul play is suspected.
Prison officials on Thursday reported the death of Robert Luttrell, 62, who was serving two consecutive 40-year sentences for robbery at Ely State Prison.
In addition, three inmates died in October at Northern Nevada Correctional Center, including convicted cop killer Larry Peck. Finally, Truman Walker committed suicide in his cell at High Desert.
Prison officials have autopsies performed for all unaccompanied inmate deaths.
