Obamacare is working as planned

I don’t care what others think, I believe Obamacare is working as planned. Set aside for a moment the fact that the website is a typical government disaster. Forget that those who actually can sign up are finding in far too many cases that they are paying substantially more for less coverage.

Don’t even add into the equation that more people are losing their health coverage than are enrolling in the Affordable Care Act. Leave out that we are now hearing that the administration knew well in advance that many would lose their existing coverage. I believe that in the view of Obama and his minions, the ACA is accomplishing exactly what it was intended to do.

Don’t get me wrong. I am not a conspiracy theorist. I am not a “birther” and didn’t buy into the premise that Obama is not a U.S. citizen. I believe 9/11 happened as stated. I don’t believe there are numerous alien bodies stored at Area 51. However, the facts for Obamacare are too compelling to ignore.

For anyone who has read Alinksi’s “Rules for Radicals,” the game is obvious as are the tactics. Liberals have waited patiently for years to accomplish their agenda. It seems they are now close, and Obamacare could be the beginning of the end of their quest.

I believe, for example, that the employer mandate delay was planned in advance and the results predicted and anticipated. And they were right. Look at the results of that delay. We have many employers shifting coverage responsibility to the employee. We have several who are reducing work hours to less than 30. Most businesses are reluctant to expand or hire more employees because of the unknowns. These actions are forcing individuals to one, seek more government aid to make ends meet, and two, forcing them to find individual health plans. No wonder Obama steadfastly refuses to delay the individual mandate.

In the original ACA bill there was language that “grandfathered” your existing plan coverage as of the date the laws went into effect; hence the statement, “If you like your health care you can keep it.” That was not a lie at that time. Subsequent administrative regulations substantially narrowed the interpretation of that clause, so if anything changed in your plan it was no longer exempted. Again, I believe that to be by design.

What does this accomplish? It forces people to the health exchanges for coverage. Cost is not an issue to the administration. If health care is high, there won’t be enough income left for food and housing. This then drives more of the middle class to government for help, either through health care subsidies or other assistance.

More government dependence means more Democrat voters. Very few will vote counter to their perception of need. Voila! We have redistribution of wealth and less middle class, a Socialist’s dream. It is by design that the most feared U.S. agency, the IRS, is charged

Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., appears to sometimes make a fencepost by comparison seem like a Mensa candidate. She has a habit of inadvertently vocalizing unspoken liberal agendas. She once spoke of socializing Big Oil. Last year she said that Obama would have the most extensive database ever on American voters, then tried to retract it. The question is, was she wrong? Anyone who signs up for ACA on the federal exchange inputs personal information. Add to that all of the health records that will end up in the system along with income information and there is a powerful database to anyone. Will Obama have that access? I am betting on yes.

Make no mistake. Every move the Administration has made with Obamacare has been with the end result in mind of socializing one-sixth of the U.S. economy and moving the middle class closer to government dependence. Why else are those who voice objections labeled as terrorists and anarchists? That, by the way, is another page from Alisnki. His strategy was to make those who oppose you out to be the bad guys. It’s apparent, isn’t it?

There are other intrusions into your life such as NSA spying, Common Core curriculum that rewrites U.S history and jeopardizes student privacy and a Homeland Security — that by many accounts — is moving toward a domestic military force. Combine those with one-sixth of the economy firmly under government’s grasp, and we truly have a serious problem. Make no mistake, Obamacare is accomplishing exactly what it was intended to do.
