Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

WEDNESDAY

A 43-year-old transient was arrested at 8:39 a.m. on a contempt of court warrant in the 1400 block of North Carson Street after she was stopped for running a red light on a bicycle. She was pulled over after attempting to flee from patrol deputies on the bike. Bail was set at $500.

A 46-year-old Gardnerville woman was jailed for civil protective custody at 6:40 p.m.

A 30-year-old Carson salesman was arrested at the Gold Dust West at 10:04 p.m. on a warrant charging violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $3,000.

Deputies serving a warrant at the Motel 6 on south Carson Street arrested Scott Tucker, 53, at 10:47 p.m. after a search found what deputies believe to be methamphetamine as well as marijuana. He was charged with felony possession of meth, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and two counts of violation of a suspended sentence. Total bail was set at $10,100.

THURSDAY

A 53-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license and registration as well as a warrant charging contempt of court. The 4:25 p.m. stop was made at Lompa Lane and Highway 50 East. Total bail was set at $1,534.

Karina Decender, 23, was arrested on suspicion of felony conspiracy to violate the controlled substances act. Also arrested was Angela Moen, 25, on suspicion of felony drug possession. Moen tried to smuggle drugs into the jail for Decender. Bail for the women was set at $2,500 apiece.

A 33-year-old Dayton man was arrested at 6 p.m. on three separate contempt of court warrants. Total bail in the case was set at $120,000 cash only.

A 38-year-old Reno woman was arrested at 6 p.m. on a warrant charging violation of suspended sentence conditions. Bail was set at $1,000.

Holly Grace Miller, 26, was arrested on two felony counts charging her as a fugitive from justice issued by Superior Court in Salinas, Calif., involving several drug charges. She was also held on a Carson City warrant charging contempt of court. Bail on each of the felony warrants was $100,000. The Carson Justice Court warrant has a $500 bail.

A 43-year-old probationer was arrested at 6:20 p.m. at an apartment on Imperial Way. She was ordered held in lieu of $3,000 bail.

A 52-year-old Carson construction worker was arrested on charges he violated conditions of a suspended sentence at 7:25 p.m. on Menlo Drive. Bail was set at $1,000.

A 30-year-old South Lake Tahoe man was arrested on charges he violated probation conditions at 8:30 p.m. and ordered held in lieu of $3,000 bail. He was brought to the Carson City Jail by Douglas County deputies.

A 26-year-old Carson construction worker was arrested at 11:28 p.m. following a traffic stop at Winnie Lane and Lone Mountain Drive on a warrant out of Lyon County. He was also charged with driving without a valid license. Bail was set at $585.

FRIDAY

Byron Kruck, 23, of Carson City, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery after deputies were called to a residence near Roop Street and Winnie Lane. He was also charged with two counts of violating conditions of a suspended sentence involving alcohol. Total bail was set at $9,000.
