Business briefly: Lepire joins Century 21 Jim Wilson Realty; Brummer achieves Southwest Region Award

Garrett Lepire has joined Carson City’s Century 21 Jim Wilson Realty, 1502 N. Carson St., as an agent.

Lepire has 14 years experience in the real estate industry.

Lepire holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), the Electronic Professional (e-Pro), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations. Garrett is also active in local issues; local sports leagues, and has a wide range of experience volunteering in the community.

He received his real estate license a month before graduating from Carson High School in 2000.

Brummer achieves Southwest Region Award

Mary Jo Brummer, with RE/MAX Realty Affiliates, has been presented with the Certificate of Excellence for achieving the Number Seven Individual sales position for the month of May in Nevada.

Brummer has been working in the real estate industry for more than 17 years and has extensive experience. Brummer holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designations.
