Nevada Business Connections, a private sector economic development group, will hear from the owner of LabAnalytix, Inc., at NBC’s July 16 breakfast meeting in Reno.
The organization, with Northern Nevada members and offices in both Carson City and Reno, alternates monthly meetings between the capital city and Reno.
The featured speaker at the July meeting is Darryl Rubarth, owner of the new Sparks company, LabAnalytix. He’ll speak on his firm, big data and the “Internet of Things.” The event is to be hosted by Ray Bacon, executive director of the Nevada Manufacturers Association.
Doors open at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 16, for the meeting at Black Bear Diner, 2323 S. Virginia St., in Reno, followed by breakfast and the program a half hour later. Cost is $25 for members or students with valid identification from the Nevada System of Higher Education, $35 for guests.
