After years of fighting round-after-round, our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend Beth Ann Cotsonis has lost her courageous, head-strong battle to Breast Cancer. Beth was the daughter of Ralph T. Haddad and Rebecca A. Haddad, born on November 8th, 1975 in Denver, Colorado. She attended Aurora Central High School, where she played volleyball and basketball. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology at Colorado State University. Beth earned her Masters Degree in Counseling at the University of Phoenix. Beth moved to Nevada for her fist official job at Dayton High School, as a school counselor until 2004. She was also head coach of the girls’ basketball team. After Dayton she worked as a school counselor at Silver State Charter High School until 2013. During her time at both schools, she touched and changed the lives of high school students. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of many of her students. Beth was an avid sports fan, including the Denver Broncos and St. Louis Cardinals. Beth is known for her strong love of Disney, especially Snow White. Beth is survived by her family from Carson City, NV and Aurora, CO. including beloved husband George Cotsonis. Her two children: Ella Cotsonis (7) and Demitri Cotsonis (5) Two step-daughters: Athena Cotsonis (19) and Alexandria Cotsonis (17) -Carson City, NV. Her parents, her brother and sister: Ralph T. Haddad and Rebecca A. Haddad, Timothy Haddad and Mindi Haddad -Aurora, CO. Beth will be forever remembered as a loving, caring mother, daughter, sister and friend. A celebration of Beth’s life will take place on Saturday July, 19th, 3:30 pm at Walton’s Chapel of the Valley; 1281 Roop St. Carson City, NV 89706.
