The Carson City District Attorney’s Office has charged Christopher Ryan Teague of Carson City with three felonies involving a girl under the age of 16.

The charges are using a minor in a sexual performance, luring a child and statutory sexual seduction of the girl who was, at the time, 15.

The most serious legally is the use of a minor in a sexual performance, a Category A felony which carries up to a life sentence. The complaint filed by Assistant DA Mark Krueger charges Teague made images of the girl performing sex acts at a residence on Emily Court in Carson City.

The second count, luring a child, charges he communicated with the girl to lure her away from her home to a place with the intent to persuade her to engage in sexual conduct.

Finally, Krueger charged him with statutory sexual seduction for allegedly having sex with the 15-year-old in a truck near Western Nevada College.
