Navarro Vineyards & Winery, a family-run establishment based in Philo, Calif., will be featured at Cafe at Adele’s Winemaker’s Dinner on Tuesday.
The evening offers five courses of local and sustainable foods, including Nevada lamb, California wild salmon and cheese from Fallon’s Sandhill Farms.
Wine selections include: 2012 Dry Gewürztraminers; 2012 White Roan, 2012 Sauvignon blanc, Cuvée 128; 2011 Pinot noir, Methode a l’Ancienne; 2011 Zinfandel, Mendocino; and 2012 Gewürztraminer Late Harvest Cluster Select.
The cost is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A reception will start at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m.
