Comstock Casino, bar, 3680 Goni Road, 99 points. The floors under the bar near the dishwasher and the floor drain were dirty.

Dollar Tree Store, 2709 N. Carson St., 99 points. The refrigerated units did not have a thermometer to monitor internal temperatures of the units.

Frutilandia Night Club, Fruit Bar, 298 E. Winnie Lane, 99 points. Extension cords were in the kitchen walkway used by the staff.

Gold Dust West, snack bar, 2171 E. Highway 50, 99 points. The three-compartment sink was not properly set up.

Bodine’s Casino, sports bar, 5650 S. Carson St., 98 points. Soda nozzles and holsters were dirty with dust and syrup.

Centro Market, produce department, 2794 E. Highway 50, 98 points. Scoop handles were in the food stored in bulk food containers.

Jack in the Box, 3665 S. Carson St., 97 points. The roof area inside the main ice machine was dirty, repeat violation. The ice scoop storage container on the main ice machine was dirty. The clean utensil storage bins opposite the dishwasher had food debris in them, corrected on site.

Kim Lee’s Sushi & Teriyaki, Oyster Bar, 319 N. Carson St., 98 points. Biofilm was noted in the ice machine.

Save Mart Supermarkets, bakery, 3620 N. Carson St., 97 points. A certified food handler was not on duty.

Super Mercado El Torito, meat department, 97 points. All items packaged for sale were not labeled and dated. The floor area and piping below the meat display refrigerator were dirty. The wiping cloths were not stored in an adequate amount of disinfectant.

Westside Pourhouse, 110 W. Telegraph St., 97 points. A large serving spoon was found in the bin of cooked fried rice, corrected on site. Two sanitizer buckets were found without measurable sanitizer concentration, corrected on site.

Beijing Palace, bar, 4250 Cochise St., 96 points. There was no liquid hand soap or disposable paper hand towels behind the bar at the employee hand sink. The linoleum floor surfaces were damaged.

Centro Market, 2794 E. Highway 50, 96 points. There was no label listing the date and place of manufacture for ice. There were no thermometers in the refrigeration units other than the manufacturer provided gauges. All foods were not kept at least six inches off the floor surface.

Save Mart Supermarkets, produce department, 3620 N. Carson St., 96 points. The produce foggers and adjacent areas were dirty with calcium carbonate buildup. A certified food handler was not on duty.

Super Mercado El Torito, bakery, 304 E. Winnie Lane, Suite 308, 96 points. The cook top and stainless steel panel behind it were soiled. There were no disposable paper hand towels and the hand wash sink, corrected on site.

Bodine’s Casino, main bar, 5650 S. Carson St., 95 points. Soda nozzles and holster were dirty with dust and syrup. Disposable paper hand towels were not available at one of two employee hand wash sinks.

Centro Market, meat department, 2794 E. Highway 50, 94 points. Ingredients were not properly labeled. The ice machine was dirty. None of the employees in the meat department had food handler certification.

Dollar Tree Store, 2709 N. Carson St., 94 points. The floor seal on the rear entry door was damaged, repeat violation. Thermometers were not provided in the walk-in refrigerator and freezer. Lights in the walk-in refrigerator were burned out, repeat violation.

The Cracker Box, 402 E. William St., 94 points. Food in the refrigerated units was not all labeled and dated. The floors in hard-to-reach areas were dirty. The wall near the floor of the kitchen bathroom was damaged. There was no certified food handler on duty.

Juan’s Mexican Grill, 3680 Goni Road, 94 points. Grease and garbage storage container lids were open. The garbage storage area floor was dirty. The floor tiles near the dishwasher and ice machine floor drains were damaged. The ceiling and walls near the exhaust hood were dirty. There was no certified food handler on duty.

Centro Market, bakery, 2794 E. Highway 50, 93 points. Ingredients were not posted for the baked goods in the display cases, corrected on site. There were no thermometers on refrigeration units other than the gauge provided by the manufacturer. The can opener and microwave were dirty. There was no certified food handler on duty.

Beijing Palace, 4250 Cochise St., 92 points. All food items stored in the refrigerators units were not labeled and dated. There were missing thermometers in the refrigeration units. The top of the soda dispenser was dirty. The walk-in refrigerator fan was dirty. The compressor for the main kitchen work unit refrigerator was dirty. The garbage storage lids were open. Waste oil receptacles were dirty. Floors under the cooking equipment were dirty. Thee was no certified food handler on duty.

Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito, 1315 S. Carson St., 90 points. Frozen hamburgers inside the freezer drop box were in direct contact with built-up ice on the walls of the unit. A bowl being used to dispense salsa from a large container was found in the walk-in. The basins of the three-compartment sink were not set up. Two sanitizer cloth storage buckets with no measurable sanitizer residual, corrected on site. Biofilm buildup was found around the inside of the ice chute inside the main ice machine. The storage container for the ice scoop at the main ice machine had biofilm buildup inside. Utensil storage containers and the cabinet under the front service counter soda disperser were dirty. A large amount of liquid and debris had accumulated inside the cabinet under the customer soda dispenser. Open shelving under the frozen burger drop box/grill had food debris. There was no disposable paper towels in the dispenser provided at either kitchen hand sink.
