According to a press release from The Carson City Sheriff’s Office said:
Recently we have been seeing an increase in car crashes in the Carson City area. Excessive speed, distracted driving, tailgating, cutting off other vehicles, running stop lights or stop signs are just some actions that lead to crashes. The Sheriff’s Office is most concerned about the increase in crashes and will be conducting saturation patrols throughout the month of November. The focus of these patrols will be to concentrate on driving habits that lead to car crashes.
