John “Jack” R. Gibson

Jack Gibson passed away peacefully on Friday, Nov. 7, 2014 a long time resident of Carson City, NV. He was born John Roscoe “Jack” Gibson to Theodore Gold and Della Orpha Gibson (Widner) in San Mateo, CA. Jack met a girl named Margie Adamson and were married June 14, 1941 in Reno, NV. Jack was in the 2nd Marine Division during WWII in the South Pacific. Jack & Margie had a love for Nevada and the Nevada State Museums. He is survived by his wife Margie Gibson (Adamson) of 73 years, four children, nine grandchildren & fourteen great-grandchildren.
