Weststates Property Management Company, a property management company with properties throughout Nevada as well as one in Idaho and one in Utah, recently held its annual meeting and training in northeastern Nevada.
A group of almost 90 employees came together at Elko’s Stockman’s Hotel.
Property managers and maintenance crews went through some technical training as well as refresher courses on the day-to-day operation of running an apartment complex.
They closed out the first night at the California Interpretive Trail Center west of Elko and then came back the following morning to work with a motivational speaker, Lori Snider, of the Lori Snider Company.
