John Connolly, 88, of Carson City, NV. Passed away September 3, 2014, at his home. He was born July 4, 1926 in Dromod, Co. Monagham, Ireland. He was retired real estate developer. Survivors include 5 Brothers: Matthew and the late Alice Connolly of Mayo County; Canon Phillips Connolly of Monagham; Monsignor Vincent Connolly of Monagham; Patrick and Una Connolly of Monagham; Donald and Patricia Blue of Marietta, Georgia. One Sister: Madge & the late Thomas Cassidy of Monagham. Sister in law, Margie Blue of Albuquerque, New Mexico & many nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his Wife: Rosemary Connolly, His brothers & sisters: Kathleen and the late Thomas OíKeeffe of Boston, MA; James & Agnes Connolly of Dublin; Ena & Patrick Duffy of Monagham; Josie & the late Seamus Drudy of Monagham; Angela & Patrick Blood of Dublin; Nan Connolly of Dublin and Peter Connolly of Monagham. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, September 16th 2014, at 11:00AM in Saint Teresa of Avila Church with Father Chuck Durante, Celebrant. Inurnment will be Thursday, September 18th 2014, at 11:00AM in Lone Mountain Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Walton’s Chapel of the Valley.
