Comstock Mining, Inc., is holding the company’s 2015 annual stockholders meeting and associated events on May 6 and 7 in Virginia City.
The annual meeting is set for the morning of May 7 at the Delta Saloon, 18 C St., in the upstairs banquet room. From 9 a.m. until noon there will be a breakfast and the meeting. Associated events are on the afternoon and evening of May 6, and the afternoon of May 7.
From 1-3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, there will be a Comstock Mining tour in Gold Hill. From 6-9 p.m. that evening there will be a company update and dinner at the Delta Saloon, also in the upstairs banquet room. From 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, after the break from the morning shareholders meeting, there will be another Comstock Mining tour in Gold Hill.
Stakeholders were invited to register for the events and meeting at http://www.comstockmining.com/investors/.investor-relations. Only Comstock stockholders of record as of March 19 may vote at the May 7 meeting.
