FRIDAY
At 7:39 a.m., a 36-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny and trespassing after deputies responded to reports of an unwanted person at the Long Street FISH store. Bail was set at $400.
At 10:26 p.m., Lynette Lizotte, 46, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of stolen motor vehicle and an expired driver’s license after deputies initiated a high-risk traffic stop near Adams and Fall streets. Bail was set at $10,100.
SATURDAY
At 8:54 a.m., Kyle Carpenter, 26, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies responded to reports of a vehicle in an unauthorized off-road area. Carpenter also was arrested at 9:08 a.m., for felony possession of stolen property after deputies discovered a stolen bike in his possession. Bail was set at $56,335.
At 7:11 p.m., Israel Garcia-Grafias, 37, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony providing false ID to avoid prosecution, expired registration, no valid license and expired insurance after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Drew Way and Robinson Street. Bail was set at $20,740.
At 8:53 p.m., a 70-year-old Carson City man was arrested on DUI-first offense and contempt of court after deputies responded to reports of an unknown injury accident near College Parkway and the Highway 580 ramp.
SUNDAY
At 1:59 a.m., Peter Quan, 68, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony grand larceny after deputies responded to reports of a man shoplifting at the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $25,000.
At 1:04 p.m., a 31-year-old Stagecoach man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery-first offense near the 1100 block of William Street. Bail was set at $3,000.
At 6:13 p.m., Clinton Boots, 35, of Fallon was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary and Tamara Gibson, 26, of Fallon was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary and a Douglas County warrant after deputies responded to reports of two people shoplifting from the Market Street Walmart. Bail for Boots was set at $2,500 and bail for Gibson was set at $3,000.
At 6:52 p.m., a 35-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first offense after deputies responded to reports of a reckless driver near Spooner Junction and Carson Street. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 10:53 p.m., a 26-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated person and obstructing after deputies observed a woman trying to run into the middle of the street near the 3100 block of Deer Run Road. Bail was set at $325.
The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
