It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the death of our beloved father. Sam passed in peace on November 30, 2015 at age 92. Survived by his loving son, Gary Lewallen and daughter Elaine Brown, five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A memorial service is not planned. The family members and friends will gather together to remember our beloved father, grandfather, and friend.
