The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY
At 2:51 a.m., Emily Kever, 18, of Gardnerville, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear warrant after deputies responded to reports of a welfare check at the Highway 50 Gold Dust West Casino. Bail was set at $3,825.
At 9:04 a.m., Tanner Ogden, 20, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon, petit larceny and violation of a suspended sentence after deputies responded to reports of a larceny at the Rand Avenue Rand Convenience Store. Ogden allegedly pulled a knife on the owners of the convenience store when they tried to confront him for taking alcohol. Bail was set at $21,250.
At 2:30 p.m., Calum Richey, 19, of Fortuna, Calif., was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and violation of suspended sentence after deputies responded to reports of a possible domestic battery near the 1300 block of N. Carson Street. Bail was set at $5,500.
At 7:16 p.m., a 39-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and ex-felon failure to register after deputies responded to reports of a possible burglary near the 1900 block of Carson Street. Bail was set at $2,000.
THURSDAY
At 1:43 a.m., a 38-year-old Reno woman was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court and DUI after deputies stopped a car they believed to be involved in a theft near Long and Russell Streets. Bail was set at $910.
The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
